Free UK Delivery On Orders Over £50*

Couriers

All parcels are distributed using a next day 24h delivery service (UK mainland only). Once dispatched you will receive an email from our courier giving you a 1 hour time slot of when delivery will take place, you can then amend the time to suit.

All UK orders placed outside mainland are distributed using a 48h delivery service. Once dispatched you will receive an email from our courier giving you a 1 hour time slot of when delivery will take place, you can then amend the time to suit.

We pack all our products with great care to assure they are received in the same condition they were dispatched, all items will require a proof of signature upon delivery.

 

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday this excludes all public holidays and weekends, orders taken on a Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

We will dispatch sooner if possible, once dispatched our couriers will deliver on a next day delivery service.

 

Shipping Charges

We have a flat rate of £6.99 for delivery of any of our products delivered to UK Mainland. This is a flat rate and will only be charged once per transaction (a transaction can include any number of products) for areas other than UK Mainland please see delivery costs below. Free UK delivery on orders over £50 applies to UK mainland only.*

Lost / Undelivered / Damaged Items

We hope it never comes to it but if your product has not arrived within 10 days of being dispatched we will re-supply the goods, likewise if goods received get damaged in transit or there is an obvious defect with the product we will also reproduce it, in this case we must be notified within 5 days and a picture of the damaged goods must be sent to us.  

Cancellations

Once payment has been received production of your order will begin and cancellation will not be possible, if you have a problem with the order information you submitted to us then please contact us immediately so we can look into it.

 

Items out of Stock

We always strive to have a high stock of all our products but due to any unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues you will be notified immediately and offered either a refund or given a new despatch date.
